Triple J Great Dane Rescue is owned and operated by John and Diana Sasser. Their love for the breed began in the early 1980’s when they purchased their first Great Dane, a puppy named Max. This began a passion for the breed that eventually led to their becoming involved with Great Dane Rescue in 2002. During the years since , they have been involved in the re-homing of over three hundred homeless Great Danes.

Their passion for the breed has led to their establishing their own non-profit rescue (TJGDR) in 2009. The creation, of which, is dedicated to the memory of their beloved Max (with John) and Josh (with John & Diana above)
